Are due upon reservation and are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Prior to 90 day's of arrival, deposit is applied to a future trip within a twelve month period, if 4 or more rooms are reserved , then cancelled, all deposit is lost, regardless of time frame.
Cancellation of booking within 48 hours of arrival :
1st night fully payable ,plus loss of deposit.
