New B&B located only a couple minutes west of Smithers near Highway 16, on Lake Kathlyn.
Quiet private setting on 5 acres overlooking the lake and mountains. A trail leads from the house to the creek where ducks, geese, beaver and otter can be seen.
Two units are available with private bathroom and private entrance, each for up to four people.
Unit 1: Guesthouse with mountain few includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen corner, living area with fire place on the main floor and an open loft with two beds upstairs.
Unit 2: This has a separate entrance on the lower level of the main building with lake view. There are two rooms for up to four people with private bathroom.
Amenities include full homemade breakfast buffet, TV/VCR with movies, and free use of canoes to explore the lake. We offer 24-hour free pick up service from airport, bus or train. Guiding service for outdoor adventure, sightseeing and fishing is also available.
The hosts speak English and German
Please note: B&B owner has pets, but they do not reside in the B&B area of the house. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
