How to Update your Photos

Your yearly subscription fee covers the changing of your display ad photos once per year. This usually occurs when renewing your subscription. However, if you require a photo replacement more than once during a subscription period, there is a charge of $10 plus GST ($10.50) per replacement. A replacement can cover one photo or all three photos and must occur all at the same time. For example, if you change a photo when you renew your subscription, that photo replacement is done at no charge. If you decided to change another photo a week later, this would have a $10.50 photo replacement charge.

IMPORTANT: If you submit a photo replacement, either by email or by postal mail, then realize that you have forgotten to include an additional photo(s), please contact us immediately. Otherwise you will be charged for a photo replacement, no exceptions.

Replacement photos can be sent electronically to info@bcbbonly.com or taken from an existing website, if they are large enough. Photos sent electronically or taken from an existing website must be high quality .JPG images with a horizontal resolution of at least 500 pixels across. Photos from digital cameras are adequate.

Payment must be received in full before your replacement photos are replaced. You can send payment one of two ways:

Payment by cheque - Send your photos with a cheque for $10.50, made payable to “PixSell Industries”, to:

Payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer online (via PayPal) - Please visit our secure online payment page. For the payment type, select “Photo Replacement”.

Note: A $30 fee is applied to all NSF cheques. A $5 fee is applied to all cheques not made payable to "PixSell Industries".
